Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality modest wear with care and precision. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, Hijabs, inner caps, under scarves, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Hijabs, undercaps, or accessories
  • Customized or altered items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Items damaged due to improper care or use

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a Return:
    Email us at info@abayasquad.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
    • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
  4. Exchange:
    Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange for the requested size or product (subject to availability).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if the product is received in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@abayasquad.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
